NWT College, Dehradun, established by Narendra Welfare Trust, was founded by Shri Dinesh Kumar Jain in memory of his father,the late Shri N.K. Jain, a freedom fighter, social worker and pioneering industrialist of Dehradun. The Trust has had an enviable record of social service and philanthropic activities for more than two decades.
The first educational institution established by the Narendra Welfare Trust was Roselyn School English medium coeducational Primary School for children in Kirsali village in Dehradun.
Now the Narendra Welfare Trust has established the first self-financing college in Dehradun, for graduate and post- graduate degree courses in Arts and Commerce. The college aims to promote a continuously learning environment to stimulate young minds to excel in their chosen fields and contribute positively to society.
In the coming years, we shall be adding more campuses with a variety of courses and programmes focused on achieving the best placement and industry need-based streams for the students.
NWT offers a student the foundation to face the challenges of life and provides an exciting and stimulating environment for study.
